How will I know if my order has been delivered?
At the end of every day, all orders are updated to their status. You will automatically be emailed regarding the status of your order.
The party I’m sending to may not be home. What will happen to my order?
Unlike most delivery services, all our products are temperature sensitive, meaning they may freeze or could get too hot to retain their high quality.
If we anticipate freezing temperatures we frequently call ahead to make sure someone is home, or to leave a message so they can call us to set up a delivery schedule.
If we drive to the destination and no one is home, and we perceive a situation that will jeopardize the quality of the item, we will put a note on the house asking them to call us to schedule delivery.
If we go to the destination and no one is home, and the conditions are favorable, we will leave the item at the entrance that seems the most used and then tag the secondary entrance to say where the item was left.
Why do I have to change my address when I’m in the ordering process?
When you are at the checkout step for delivery, you must specify the address of the recipient of the item. Your billing address will automatically appear as the delivery address. You must change the delivery address to the recipient to ensure we deliver your item to the right place.
We guarantee our flowers to be of the highest quality and freshness possible upon delivery. Some flowers age more quickly than others, so if longevity is your primary concern, please specify this in your comments when you order.
The more unique and seasonal flowers may not have as long a vase life but allow greater artistic expression in design. To prolong their life, go to “How do I keep my flowers fresh.”

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
How early should I order for same-day delivery?
Please place your order by 1 p.m. on the day you require delivery.
On the technical side, your data is secured by a shared SSL certificate with our Web site host, Doteasy. Your information is encrypted when it is sent across the Internet, making it safe from hackers. Your credit card is then safely and securely processed LinkPoint/First Data.
On the personal side, we will never reveal to a third party any details regarding an order. We will, however, reveal to the recipient who sent the flowers to them, should the card message be anonymous and the recipient asks.
If the sender tells us in their comments not to reveal their identity, we won’t.
We make local deliveries every day except Sundays, with the exception of funeral homes to which we will deliver on Sundays. For more specific information, see “Areas We Serve.”
How do I keep my flowers fresh?
The best way to keep flowers fresh is to keep them cool. Change the water in a vase arrangment every day and add water to a container arrangement every day. Keep them out of the sun and away from heat.
